Katherin Beyak

Throughout her career, Katherin has demonstrated a passion for criminal defence. After completing her law degree at the University of Alberta, Katherin articled with Calgary Legal Guidance and Tim Foster, Q.C., gaining invaluable experience both in and out of the Courtroom. Since then, Katherin has become an influential member of the Alberta Defence Bar, establishing herself as a respected authority in impaired driving defence.

Katherin continues to expand her practice, appearing as counsel in all levels of criminal trial court and the Court of Appeal, on all manners of charges ranging from minor assault to homicide. Katherin has appeared on several high profiles cases on matters including impaired driving, trafficking, conspiracy, attempted murder, and homicide.
